St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Department purchased a new mobile command center with the assistance of the Port of Morgan City through the Port Security Grant Program (PSGP).
They were also able to purchase a new search and rescue vessel and diving equipment through the PSGP.
Sheriff Mark Hebert attended the Port’s April meeting and thanked the Commissioners for the Port’s contribution.
