NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
Morgan City Harbor and Terminal District (“District”) has determined that it is in the best interest of the District to cease its efforts to construct an agitation dredge for the Atchafalaya River Bar Channel and as such, bids for provision of Agitation Dredge Pumps currently scheduled for opening on December 15, 2017 at 12:00 noon will not be accepted or if received not opened, and the solicitation is hereby cancelled.

The Morgan City Harbor and Terminal District (“MCHTD”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for its following projects: (1) upgrade and modification of video systems at MCHTD’s facility; (2) upgrade and installation of computer systems, (3) communications & equipment cabling and (4) maintenance and sustainability of two meteorological stations (MET Stations) owned by the MCHTD.
These projects are considered to be security sensitive and all parties involved must maintain a reasonable level of security to protect the interest of the District. In compliance with LSA R.S. 44:3.1 and other pertinent laws, potential vendors must sign the District’s Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving any project or bid documentation.
